Fulfillment for Wildberries, Ozon and Kaspi marketplaces

From 1 March 2026, labeling of a number of categories moves “before the border”: DataMatrix codes must be applied while still in China, before import. Dropshipping and direct supplies from China without labeling are exposed to fines and confiscation of the goods. We apply Chestny Znak right at our warehouse in Foshan — with code verification and a photo report, before the cargo crosses the border.

In 2026, labeling progressively covers new categories — sports nutrition, veterinary products, lubricants and motor oils, radio electronics and lighting, building materials, cosmetics and household chemicals — on top of the already labeled apparel, footwear, perfume, photo and electronics. We confirm the specific dates and the list of HS codes for your goods on a case-by-case basis. (dates and categories subject to confirmation at the time of import)

We apply labeling in two ways: at the factory in China (convenient for large, regular supplies) or during pre-sale preparation at the warehouse. Both options come with a photo report. We calculate the per-unit cost based on your batch size. (per-unit rate to be confirmed)

Marketplaces increasingly require import documents. For VAT-registered sellers with full paperwork, we arrange full official delivery with a declaration and certification — listings won’t risk being blocked for missing import documents.

A local fulfillment hub in the destination country (shipping to the marketplace warehouse within the country) is in development. For now we work on a “consolidation in China → direct delivery to the marketplace warehouse” model — for Kaspi this is “China → warehouse → Kaspi” with no double handling.
