It depends on the route: air — from 5–14 days, road — from 12–25, rail — 22–30, sea — 35–50. We’ll give you an exact timeline when we quote.

Air, road, rail and sea. Air — urgent/high-value, road — balance of price and speed, rail and sea — large shipments. We’ll help you choose.

Air — from 0.3 kg, road — from 5 kg. We combine small orders into a consolidated shipment.

The greater of the two: actual and volumetric (for light, bulky items). Volumetric weight is based on dimensions (L×W×H) — the divisor depends on the delivery method and we’ll state it when we quote.

We fix the price in the contract before dispatch. Deferred payment is available for cargo — pay on receipt or before dispatch. For businesses — bank transfer.

Weapons, drugs, explosives and poisons are prohibited. Lithium batteries, liquids, food and medicines — subject to approval. See the full list on the “What you can and can’t ship” page.

Insurance costs from 1% of the cargo value. For loss or damage we compensate up to 100% of value (coverage limit — up to $100 per 1 kg), with cross-checking against the photo report.

After receiving the goods at our Foshan warehouse, we send photos and keep you updated on each stage. We stay in touch on Telegram.

Yes. For individuals — full-service purchasing and delivery; for businesses — contract, bank transfer, quality control, OEM and fulfillment.
